Time: 10:00 - 10:15
Speaker: Keith NG
"Good morning everyone! Welcome to The AI Automation Masterclass: Build a Self-Running Business in 1 Day. I'm Keith NG, and I am thrilled to be your facilitator and coach today.
First, thank you for investing your time and energy today. I know you are busy running your businesses, which is exactly why we are here. Today is not a theoretical lecture. We are here to get our hands dirty, build software, and launch active automation pipelines that will save you hours starting tomorrow.
Whether you've never written a single line of code, or you're an experienced developer, you are in the right room. We are going to learn the art of vibe coding—instructing AI agents to build systems for us.
📅 Today's Agenda:
- Morning: We shift our mindset, set up Google Antigravity, and use Gemini Notebook paired with DeepSeek Pro API to build a cost-effective content engine.
- Afternoon: We vibe code a local file-monitor Python script, connect webhooks to link it to your scheduling dashboards, and generate consistent avatars using Google Flow.
- Closing: We launch the end-to-end pipelines live in our 'Classroom Theater' and troubleshoot hallucinations.
🤝 Our Ground Rules for Today:
- Active Hands-On Participation: When we do a lab, please run the tools and test them on your machine.
- Safe Space for Questions: There are no silly questions. If your script breaks, share it in the chat or raise your hand—we will fix it together.
- Mute When Not Speaking: If you are online, please keep your microphone muted unless speaking, but keep your cameras ON so we can build connection.
- Take Care of Yourself: We have scheduled breaks every 90 minutes. Feel free to grab water or stretch.
Before we dive into Section 1, let's do a quick icebreaker. In the chat or around the room, please state:
- Your name and your business.
- The single most annoying manual task you want to automate today.
Let's get started!"
